Full destination weddings are ideally planned within 9–14 months, though many couples choose an extended timeline of up to 18–20 months to secure iconic venues and top vendors in Italy. We can also execute refined plans in 4–6 months when needed. Elopements usually require 3–6 months of planning.
We offer a selection of pricing packages that we personally love and recommend, designed to suit different couples’ needs. Each package can be tailored depending on scope, guest count, destination, and complexity. The fee is divided into scheduled installments agreed with the couple, with a booking retainer to secure our calendar, a second installment mid-planning, and a final balance before the event. We provide different payment options—including credit card payments—and all terms are clearly outlined in your agreement.
